- One stop – we ensure all your aftersales requirements can be met at any one of our M25 Audi centres
- We will offer you an aftersales appointment within 10 days, dependent on courtesy car requirements
- When you book your vehicle into our workshop, our service advisors will ensure that as much information is recorded as possible so we can best prepare for your appointment
- When you book your vehicle into our workshop, we will offer you alternative transport
- We will provide same-day diagnosis for warranty work
- We will keep you informed of your vehicle´s progress through the workshop
- We will seek your authorisation for any additional work which may be required
- We will do our very best to ensure that work on your vehicle is completed on the same day, or at the very most, the day after
- All service vehicles receive a complimentary wash and vacuum
- You will be charged a fair rate for the work undertaken
- You can be confident there will be no hidden charges
- We will contact you after your visit to ensure that your aftersales experience met all your expectations.
